Job description

 

  • You will be actively involved in the (further) development of our company software and advise our customers and suppliers in the interface environment.
  • Creation of data analyses and evaluations with T-SQL.
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of current/new ERP systems.
  • Programming of individual adaptations to the ERP system.
  • Conception / programming of interfaces and customer requirements.
  • Implementation of user training.
  • Level support in the ERP area.
  • You coordinate the requirements directly with the sales team and design implementation proposals. You will implement the developments and test them together with our sales team.
  • You will optimize existing applications in terms of usability and interaction design and develop them further in consultation with our team.

Education/skills/professional experience

 

  • Degree in computer science or business informatics or comparable training.
  • At least 2-3 years experience as an application developer.
  • Very good SQL knowledge (MS SQL Server).
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP B1i, Crystal Reports, Coresuite Country Package, Java, JavaScript, HTML5 or similar.
  • Very good knowledge of Visual Studio (.NET, C# or VB.NET).
  • Confident appearance with our customers and in dealing with decision-makers.
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as abstract thinking.
  • High resilience and customer orientation in project implementation and day-to-day business.
  • Good analytical skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.

Start of work

The salary is determined on the basis of professional experience; the formal minimum wage according to the collective agreement

Your area of responsibility:

 

  • Support of the entire team in administrative and organizational activities
  • First point of contact for general telephone switching and internal coordination (friendly and focused interaction with customers on the phone is a prerequisite)
  • Management of current accounting (bank, cash desk, accounts receivable, accounts payable)
  • Various accounting activities (coordination with tax consultants, support of internal cost accounting, control of open items and dunning, payment transactions)
  • Supporting the management in preparing quotations/orders, etc.
  • Preparation of delivery bills through to invoicing
  • General administrative tasks (travel management, appointment coordination/administration, fleet management, parcel dispatch, master data maintenance, etc.)
  • Friendly and professional customer service for in-house appointments

 

What you need to bring:

 

  • Completed business education (HAK, HBLA, or similar)
  • Accountant exam or several years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • Professional experience in office organization/administration
  • Excellent knowledge of the entire MS Office package
  • SAP Business One knowledge desirable / but not required
  • Perfect written and spoken German, very good English skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Professional, friendly and self-confident appearance

We offer an attractive salary for this position from EUR 2,500 to EUR 3,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours/week) with a willingness to overpay for appropriate qualifications and experience.

Checkout / Logistics

  • Support for the entire team
  • Contact person for questions relating to logistics and internal coordination (friendly and focused interaction with customers on the phone is a prerequisite)
  • Coordination between sales, purchasing and logistics
  • Creation of delivery bills through to invoicing
  • General administrative tasks (parcel dispatch, master data maintenance, etc.)
  • Friendly and professional customer service for in-house appointments
  • Parcel dispatch, customer inquiries and stock levels
  • Organization and implementation of regular stocktaking
 
What you need to bring:
 
  • Completed training
  • Professional experience in logistics
  • Knowledge of the entire MS Office package
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One
  • Excellent German and other languages an advantage
