Limit OrderThe South African Mint is working in cooperation with the Rand Refinery to issue the new Big Five coin series. South Africa is known for the Krugerrand and is an important player in the world of coins and precious metals. The Big Five series depicts the five large wild animals typical of the country, which can also be observed on safari. The series begins in 2022 with the elephant and is completed by the lion, rhinoceros, leopard and buffalo. The Big Five series is already well-known among collectors, as the South African Mint has already issued numismatic products under this name in the past. The new gold coins with the Big Five motifs are minted in the classic investment standard of 24-carat gold and are legal tender with a face value in South African Rand. The mintage is not limited.
